Check-in and Check-out Times

Please inquire about the possibility of earlier check-in or later check-out.

• Tourist tax of €1.10 per adult per night is not included in the price and must be paid before arrival.

• Children of all ages are welcome. Babies up to 2 years old can stay free of charge in an extra crib upon request.

We also have a bed rail, baby bathtub, and high chair available upon request free of charge.

• Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

• The apartments are equipped with towels and sheets for all guests.

• Extras:

Saba Plaça del Call Parking. Covered public parking is a 3-minute walk from the apartments. We can reserve a space for you, €12 per day.

• Age Restrictions

Minimum check-in age: 18 years
Maximum check-in age: No restriction

• Access to the Accommodation
The doors have a code. Entry, both through the building entrance and the apartment entrance, is via a code system that we will provide to guests a few days before arrival.
Inside the apartments, you will find the keys hanging. Upon departure, please leave them in the same place and close the door.

House Rules:

No smoking.

No parties/events.
Please avoid making noise at night to ensure a good night's sleep for all guests.

Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: The customer will receive a full refund (100%) of the amount paid if the cancellation is made 6 days or more prior to the arrival date.

• Late Cancellation: If the cancellation occurs within 6 days of the arrival date, a penalty of 50% of the stay will apply, and the remaining 50% of the total paid will be refunded.

• No-Show: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, no refund will be issued, and 100% of the booking amount will be retained.
